Psychologist

I am a Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council. I am also an accredited counsellor and a psychotherapist registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy.   I have over 17 years experience of providing psychotherapy and have worked in the NHS and in voluntary services.  I worked for 5 years in the voluntary sector providing counselling for survivors of sexual abuse. I then began working in the NHS as a Counsellor in Primary Care. I continue to work in the NHS alongside my private work, currently working within a Community Mental Health Team as a Psychologist. I have had my own private practice for 12 years. My qualifications include the following: BSc (Hons) Psychology Certificate in Counselling Postgraduate Diploma Counselling MA Integrative Psychotherapy BPS Qualification in Counselling Psychology Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
